  • Proceed south on I-15 to exit 298
  • Take exit 298 and proceed east on I-215
  • Take exit 9 (Union Park Blvd) from I-215, and proceed south (right) on Union Park Avenue South
  • COUNT THE LIGHTS! The FOURTH traffic light south of exit 9 is where CREEK ROAD joins UNION PARK BLVD – turn left onto Creek Road, then take the second right turn into CREEK ROAD OFFICE PARK at 7390 south
  • Once you have entered the CREEK ROAD OFFICE PARK, take the first right, then the next left, and proceed to the west end of the office park. Our office is suite 104 on the ground floor of the building located furthest to the west of Creek Road Office Park (numbered 7410)

  • Proceed north on 1300 East, which becomes Union Park Avenue, to its intersection with Creek Road
